He strives to create a positive and enriching musical experience for his students, emphasizing meaningful interaction and creative expression. Rather than simply focusing on playing notes from the score, he encourages students to think about what they want to convey through their performance and how to express it authentically. He believes that traditional music education often prioritizes flawless note execution over genuine emotion and musicality, and he seeks to inspire his students to connect deeply with the music they create.
